Powder Coating
Powder coating is a type of coating that is applied as a free-flowing dry powder. Unlike conventional liquid paint which is delivered via an evaporating solvent, powder coating is typically applied electrostatically and then cured under heat.
MEDZES Components use GEMA Magic compact automatic powder painting booth.

Product size limitations for powder coating is 2000x1000x1000mm, but products hanged on the hooks (based on the other dimensions and weight) can vary from 1350mm - 1500mm.
Before powder painting, all components are going through the washing machine to ensure better colour quality and durability.
In 2023, the most commonly requested color among MEDZES Components' clients was black RAL9005, with an annual usage exceeding 15 000 kg. Throughout last year, we applied a diverse range of colors, including pink, green, blue, red, black, white, grey, and more.
